For 12 days…
a stray dog sat outside the hospital entrance.
Rain.
Cold nights.
Hungry days.
Nothing made him leave.
The nurses tried everything.

That same afternoon, the man finally opened his eyes.
When the dog was brought into the room, he immediately recognized him.
Tears rolled down the old man’s face.
The dog jumped onto the bed and rested his head on his owner’s chest.
