For weeks, a young mother noticed something strange.
Every time she took the elevator, her baby would start crying uncontrollably at the 7th floor.
Not any other floor.
Only the 7th.
At first, she thought it was random.
Then it happened every single day.
The baby would be calm in her arms…
Until the elevator reached the 7th floor.
Then screaming.
Pure panic.
One evening, the elevator stopped between floors.
And the lights flickered.
The baby suddenly went silent.
Completely silent.
That terrified her more than the crying.
Then, through the elevator speaker, she heard a faint static noise.
Followed by a soft voice saying:
“Don’t stop on seven…”
The elevator jolted.
And started moving on its own.
Straight toward the 7th floor.
Part 2 in the comments.
The elevator doors slowly opened on the 7th floor.
But the hallway looked… wrong.
No lights.
No doors.
Just a long, empty corridor stretching into darkness.
The baby started crying again instantly.
A loud metallic bang echoed from inside the hallway.
The mother quickly pressed every button she could.
The doors began to close.
Just before they shut, she saw something standing at the far end.
Not a person.
Something watching her.
The elevator slammed shut and started moving down at full speed.
When she finally reached the lobby, the building staff rushed to her.
They checked the system logs.
There was no record of the elevator ever stopping on the 7th floor that day.
And officially…
That floor had been sealed off for maintenance five years ago.
But every tenant still hears something at night.
Right above them.
