The Blind Pianist…

Every evening…

A blind man played the same piano in the train station.

No one knew why.

One night…

A little boy walked up…

And quietly played the final notes.

The pianist stopped.

Then whispered…

“Who taught you that song?”

For years, passengers hurried past the old pianist.

Only one child ever stopped to listen.

When the melody ended, the boy finished it perfectly.

The blind pianist smiled.

“I wrote that song thirty years ago.”

The boy reached into his backpack and showed him an old music notebook.

“My mom told me to give this to you.”

Inside was a letter.

It was from the pianist’s former student.

She had passed away from illness only weeks earlier.

She wrote:

“If you ever hear our song again… you’ll know my son found you.”

For the first time in years…

The station became completely silent.

Except for the sound of two generations finishing the same melody.
